OUR HISTORY & EVOLUTION

RAYA Konstruktura began its journey informally in 2009, initially providing architectural services for a close network of friends and family. After more than a decade of dedicated professional practice and a rapidly expanding clientele, the principal Architect transitioned the firm into a formal design-build entity.

In August 2020, the firm was officially registered as DEMA Design Architectural Services. However, as the company’s mission and vision matured, it was rebranded to RAYA Konstruktura to better reflect its growth and specialized identity in the construction and design industry.
